With a sound that harkens back to the early days of the Second Wave, but with more complex song structures, this is a damn fine way to spend nearly an hour of your time. Apparently some sort of concept album (judging by the song titles something to do with the Roman Empire) but this is largely irrelevant and the music is most definitely king here. Hail to Belgium!
